In recognition of his impact, Kevin was honored with the NEASC Service Award in 2023.
Kevin’s career includes serving as Director of EdAdvance’s Center for Program Research & Evaluation, where he oversaw more than 50 projects in K–12, higher education, and public health. A former Science teacher and Head of School, he has also held senior leadership roles in governance, curriculum development, and faculty professional growth. Kevin also worked for Google, where he spearheaded projects designed to engage remote international communities in an online learning project.
In founding Global School Catalyst, Kevin set out to provide schools with more than just compliance checklists. His approach helps leaders and faculty see accreditation as a catalyst for genuine improvement, aligning strategy, governance, and classroom practice with a shared vision for student learning. He works closely with schools to create actionable plans, strengthen leadership capacity, and ensure that every step of the process drives sustainable change.
Kevin’s motivation comes from a belief that great schools are built on collaboration, clear purpose, and the courage to reflect honestly on their work. Whether supporting a school through its first accreditation or helping an established institution prepare for re-accreditation, he brings a steady hand, a wealth of experience, and a commitment to turning challenges into opportunities for lasting impact.
