I believe that the best school improvement happens when people inside a school have the clarity, capacity, and confidence to make it happen.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in different parts of education. First as a classroom teacher and then as a researcher, evaluator, instructional technology leader, professional learning facilitator, data engineer, accreditation volunteer, and consultant.

Those experiences have given me the opportunity to see schools from many different perspectives. Today, I bring those perspectives together through Global School Catalyst, working alongside international school leaders who are trying to make their schools better.
